Travel Consultant, Airlines & Ancillary Services

Location

Selangor - Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities

Handles and manages the travel requirements of corporate (SME & MNC) accounts, such as air tickets/visa/hotel reservation, issuance, payment and delivery.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma in tourism management/Ticketing Certification /IATA or UFTAA certification will be preferred.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Meticulous, careful yet efficient.
  • Have knowledge and competent in Galileo (GDS) or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Travel Consultant, Umrah (2 Vacancies)

Location

Selangor - Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Umrah Department.
  • To maintain good customer relationship and establish broad network base.
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit.
  • Umrah Development:

  • To define the product strategy and roadmap on Umrah and related services.
  • To conduct market research and keeping abreast on new developments, new market players and trends.
  • To expand product development by analyzing market trends and translate the information into potential service offerings.
  • To manage hospitality providers (hotels, airlines, ground handlers' providers) in ensuring agreed service delivery standards and build close relationship with them.
  • Business Development:

  • To consistently explore, evaluate and review sales activities on quarterly basis.
  • To respond to Clients' inquiries in a professional manner and maintaining the standard response time set by the Department.
  • To follow up and update all out-going correspondences in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • To be able to make effective presentations on subject matter with clear, persuasive communication to the Clients.
  • Requirements

  • Candiate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Customer Service, Selling Skills, Tour Guide.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Optional language: Arabic
